1. Introduction

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

mega880 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer programme. Before processing any withdrawal, or upon request at any time, we may require you to submit documentation verifying your identity (such as a copy of your MyKad, passport or driving licence), residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) and payment method ownership.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified may result in temporary suspension of your withdrawal rights. mega880 accepts no liability for delays caused by a User's failure to provide required documentation promptly.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify mega880 support immediately at the email address listed in the Contact Us section of these Terms.

mega880 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your Account credentials.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The Platform supports a range of MYR-denominated payment channels for the convenience of Malaysian users. Accepted methods may include, but are not limited to: DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay. Availability is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method and promotional context. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance without undue delay, subject to third-party processing timelines. mega880 does not accept cash deposits.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed in MYR and remitted to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically feasible. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of KYC verification to mega880's reasonable satisfaction;
• Clearance of any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds;
• No outstanding security investigations relating to your Account;
• Compliance with all applicable minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds.

mega880 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframe communicated at the time of the request, subject to payment processor availability. Processing times for individual Malaysian bank channels or eWallet providers may vary.

5.4 Currency

All Account transactions, game stakes, winnings, bonuses and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency deposit options. No currency conversion guarantee is provided.

6. Bonus & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All promotional offers published on mega880 are subject to the specific Terms attached to each promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific Terms shall take precedence. By claiming a bonus, you acknowledge and accept all applicable conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonus offers carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (for example, 10x, 18x or 35x). This multiplier indicates the total value that must be wagered on eligible games before any associated funds or derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires MYR 1,000 in qualifying wagers before a withdrawal can be requested.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, a maximum single-wager limit applies. Exceeding the stated maximum bet while using Bonus Funds — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per round depending on the promotion — may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings without prior notice.

6.4 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack and Roulette may contribute at a reduced rate, often between 10% and 20%. Games excluded from wagering contribution will be clearly listed in the relevant promotion Terms.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period specified for each promotion, commonly 7, 14 or 30 days from the date of crediting. Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus Funds and derived winnings will be removed from your Account automatically.

6.6 Bonus Abuse

mega880 maintains a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse including, but not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using software to manipulate game outcomes, or exploiting technical errors. Any Account found to have engaged in such conduct may be closed immediately and all associated balances forfeited.

7. Gameplay & Conduct

Users of the Platform agree to engage with all games and services in good faith and in accordance with the published rules of each game. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated bots, scripts or third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other players in any game format;
• Exploitation of software bugs, technical errors or display glitches. Any winnings derived from a verifiable technical error are not valid and will not be paid;
• Any action that compromises the integrity of the Platform or the experience of other users;
• Money laundering, chip dumping or any other financial crime using Platform funds.

mega880 reserves the right to void bets, reverse transactions and close Accounts where prohibited conduct is detected, with or without prior notice.

8. Responsible Gambling

mega880 is committed to promoting safe, informed and responsible participation in online gambling. The following Responsible Gambling Tools are available to all registered Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit;
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts or automatic log-out after a defined period of continuous play;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you may lose within a specified period;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period or a longer-term self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed until the minimum exclusion period has elapsed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, game assets, logos, trademarks, software and user interfaces — is the intellectual property of mega880 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mega880, its officers, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities.

mega880 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk and you are responsible for ensuring your device and network meet the technical requirements for safe use.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by statute, mega880's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination & Suspension

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to mega880 customer support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be assessed and any outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned subject to KYC verification and standard withdrawal processing timelines.

11.2 Termination or Suspension by mega880

mega880 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: material breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification; provision of false personal information; receipt of a self-exclusion request; or regulatory or legal requirement.

Where an Account is closed by mega880 for reasons of suspected fraud or terms breach, associated balances may be withheld pending investigation and any amounts retained pending the outcome of legal proceedings.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your Account, a transaction, a game outcome or any other Platform matter, you should first contact mega880 customer support with a clear written description of the issue, your Account details and any relevant supporting evidence.

mega880 will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days and to provide a substantive response within twenty (20) business days of receipt. We may request additional information or documentation to facilitate a fair review.

In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved through this internal process to your reasonable satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing or regulatory authority under whose jurisdiction the Platform operates. Details of the applicable authority will be provided upon request.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by the Platform's licensing authority.

13. Amendments to These Terms

mega880 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time in response to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform functionality or business operations. When material changes are made, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Account holders via email or via a prominent on-site notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
